  • Who designed Kove Cutlery?
Kove Cutlery originated as a college project by Shane Rienks in 2021, at the Savannah College of Art and Design. He is a 26-year-old industrial designer, with a focus in the consumer, automotive, and aerospace industries. Shane designs under his design company Rienks Motor Design, LLC, and as the lead designer at the flying car startup LEO Flight. Prior to entering the field of industrial design, Shane established his foundation in the high-end custom and coach-built automotive industry. He has helped design and build multi-million-dollar all-carbon-fiber and hand-shaped metal cars, with his early years consisting exclusively of hands-on fabrication. A number of these vehicles have received national recognition and accolades - from magazine articles to awards.
